How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item with Jon’Jay, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing www.jonjaydesigns@gmail.com">www.jonjaydesigns@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size or style you’d like instead. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the original item back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached, we’ll promptly ship your replacement item at no additional cost.

What is your returns policy?

​When you shop with Jon’Jay, we value our customers and strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed. However, if you receive an item that doesn’t fit or you’d prefer a different style, we’re happy to offer a free exchange for another size or product of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.​
